Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Sales: Guide customers through the full sales cycle-from initial contact and vehicle demonstration to delivery and follow-up.
Relationship Building: Develop genuine connections and proactively generate business through referrals.
Performance Excellence: Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSI) scores.
Process Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage your pipeline, handle paperwork accurately, and ensure a seamless financing and delivery process.
Professional Growth: Stay engaged in ongoing training and continuously develop your sales expertise.
